Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Support the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and store sales targets. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock takes. Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines to create an attractive store presentation. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of retail associates. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to all health and safety regulations. Participate in regional meetings and contribute ideas for sales improvement and operational efficiency. Assist with administrative tasks, potentially including some remote reporting or planning activities. Requirements Previous experience in a retail leadership role, such as Assistant Manager, Key Holder, or Supervisor. A strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. A passion for fashion and an understanding of current retail trends. Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
