Corporate Host Guest Services Calgary

Represent BGRE with polished guest services and tenant support as a Corporate Host at Bankers Hall in Calgary. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This full-time Corporate Host position creates a welcoming atmosphere for tenants, guests, and clients. You will provide professional service, maintain common-area presence, direct building access, and support lobby operations. The role also involves coordinating building concerns and assisting during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients
• Remain available in common areas for assistance
• Direct couriers, contractors, and other building agents
• Support events, Guest Services, parking validation, and handouts
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate incident responses

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer application proficiency
• Customer service professionalism, energy, and positive attitude
• Calm, adaptable, organized, and effective under pressure
