**Podcast Video Editor Needed – Refinement & Creative Editing**

Hi! I'm looking for an experienced video editor to help refine an existing 25-minute podcast episode.

The episode has already been edited, including multicamera footage, audio syncing, and color grading. However, I'm not completely happy with the final result, particularly the pacing, excessive filler words ("umms"), and overall flow.

I'd love someone with a creative eye who can make the episode more engaging and dynamic while keeping the conversation natural. I'm also interested in incorporating animated captions, on-screen questions, and visual elements similar to Jubilee's interview-style videos.

I can share the current edited version with interested candidates and explain the creative direction I have in mind.
