Pro Customer Parts Delivery Specialist

Support professional automotive customers through persuasive communication, accurate parts delivery, and relationship building while driving store sales.

As a Store Driver, you will maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers during deliveries. You will provide the CPP with delivery insights, recommend parts or services, and assist with upselling and cross-selling. The position also requires product knowledge, inventory support, and customer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Provide the CPP with insights learned during deliveries
• Recommend appropriate parts or services to walk-in customers
• Assist with upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals

Requirements:

• Friendly, persuasive communication and sales aptitude
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Willingness to learn products and sales techniques
• Ability to read parts catalogs and procedure manuals
• Automotive parts experience preferred
