Uber AI Solutions hires freelance AI trainers and evaluators to apply their domain expertise to real-world projects that improve the quality and accuracy of generative AI systems. Contributors may localize content, label data, review AI outputs, provide feedback, and complete small coding tasks or product testing, with flexible remote work.
Responsibilities
- Translating or localizing content into regional languages
- Assigning appropriate tags or labels to text, images, and videos
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs (content, code, or chatbot responses) for accuracy, tone, and relevance
- Providing structured feedback to enhance model performance
- Participating in small-scale coding tasks or product feature testing (for technical contributors)
Skills
- If you come from a Medical or Legal background and have at least 8 years of professional experience or have passed qualifications like the American Bar
- Backgrounds in STEM, Computer Science, Law (LLM), Education (teachers/academics), or Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- You should either hold a Master's or PhD degree or have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in Music, Sports, or Video Editing—such as professional athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, or trained musicians
- Meet the criteria of a Master's/PhD or 8+ years of experience
- Meet the required educational or experience benchmarks in their respective fields
