Maintain a friendly and energetic attitude while interacting with customers. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. Handle customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system. Proactively identify and address any potential customer service issues. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment. Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets set by the store. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management. Support store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
