Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Advisor (Retail - Logistics Service Provider) to act as a trusted technical and operational partner for enterprise SaaS customers, helping maintain healthy environments and derive greater value from the Blue Yonder solutions.
You will liaise with Customer Success, Support, Cloud Operations, Product, Consulting, Sales and Engineering to resolve issues, drive adoption, and identify AI-enabled opportunities that improve efficiency and decision-making.
