Specialist, Revenue Management

Delta’s Transatlantic Revenue Management team is responsible for maximizing the revenue performance of our routes between North America and Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As a Specialist, Transatlantic Performance and Insights, you will support performance tracking, reporting, and analytical work that helps the team make informed business decisions.

• Travel periodically to Amsterdam for biannual JV strategy meetings
• Support Transatlantic Margin and PRASM goal-setting, tracking, and incentive processes
• Provide ad-hoc and recurring data and analytical support for the Transatlantic Pricing and Inventory teams, including building reports and dashboards
• Package and communicate revenue, competitive, and market analysis in clear and effective formats, including reports, presentations, and one-pagers
• Partner with JV partners AF, KL, and VS, as well as Delta Commercial and Operational stakeholders, to support shared business insights
• Identify trends and performance drivers and elevate findings to leaders and partners as needed
• Contribute to projects that improve the consistency, quality, and visibility of Transatlantic performance reporting
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while working collaboratively within an established team structure
