- Monitor capacity, performance, availability and backup jobs
- Resolve storage, zoning, volume and recovery failures
- Perform restores and validate recovery evidence
- Plan controlled expansions, lifecycle changes and automation

- Brocade FOS

- Cohesity
- Quantum ActiveScale
- Certifications:
- NetApp, Veritas NetBackup or Cohesity certification preferred
- Grade expectation: L2/L3 engineer; le technical tasks and RCAs; mentors junior staff.
- Common requirements :
- Excellent English communication; client-facing collaboration; ITIL process discipline;
